nighttime skin care routine

Mindig is szerettem este azt a kis rituálét mikor bevonulok a fürdőszobába és lemosom az aznapi fáradságot, majd friss és hidratált bőrrel pizsamába bújok és jöhet a megérdemelt pihenés. Amíg nem voltam várandós szerettem kísérletezni a különböző krémekkel most viszont nagyon odafigyelek, hogy csakis olyan termékeket használjak amik nem okozhatnak problémát a babám fejlődésében, de ennek a pár percnek a meghittsége így is a régi.

I have always loved this little ritual in the evenings when I entered the bathroom and wash the day off and with hydrated and fresh skin I put on my pajamas and enjoy the well deserved rest. While I wasn't pregnant I enjoyed experiment with different creams but now I have to pay attention to only include products that not cause problems in my baby's development but this few minutes at night is still my sanctuary.

A smink lemosását a Marcelle Gentle Make-up Removal For Sensitive Eyes két fázisú szemfestéklemosóval kezdem. Nem irritálja a szemem és tökéletesen eltávolítja a vízálló sminket is, és mint sok más kétfázisú lemosó ez nem hagy olajos érzést maga után.

Az arcom többi részére pedig micellás vizet szeretek használni, most épp a Nivea sensitive 3 az 1-ben micellás arctisztítója van használatban, de a Garnier verziója csak arra vár, hogy ez kifogyjon és átvegye a helyét. Szeretem, hogy valóban jól eltávolítja a szennyeződést de nem hagyja szárazon a bőrt.

I start to remove my makeup with the Marcelle Gentle Make-up Removal For Sensitive Eyes. Non-irritating to the eyes and perfectly removes waterproof make-up and not like other two-phase removers it doesn't leave oily feeling behind.
For the rest of my face I like using micellar water, now I have the Nivea Sensitive 3-in-1 Micellar Water, but the Garnier version is waiting for it to run out and take its place. I like in it that it really removes the dirt but doesn't leave the skin dry.

Ha már valóban tiszta a bőröm, nincs semmi smink maradvány akkor használom a Marcelle BB Cleanser arclemosóját. Száraz arcbőrre kell felvinni és miután jól eldolgoztuk egy nedves kendővel kell lemosni az arcot. Nem hittem, hogy működni fog, de még a férjem is észrevette, hogy a bőröm szebb lett. És a legjobb, hogy hidratáló helyett is megállja a helyét, így egy lépést ki lehet iktatni. 

A szememre a The Body Shop Nutriganics Smoothing Eye Cream szemkörnyékápolóját használom. A véleményem elég semleges róla, nem a legjobb krém, de a célnak megfelel és mivel 99%-ban természetes összetevőket tartalmaz így tökéletes a terhesség idejére amíg nem használhatok komolyabb szemránckrémeket.

Heti pár alkalommal pedig a Lush Mint Tulips Lip Scrub ajakradírjával zárom az esti arcápolást, amiről már írtam itt. Vigyázni kell, hogy ne vizes kézzel nyúljunk bele, mert akkor a cukor összeragad benne és használhatatlan lesz, de ha megfelelően használjuk sokáig elég.
Az én bőröm kombinált, de szerintem ez a rutin minden bőrtípusnak megfelel, talál száraz komplexushoz még kiegészíteném egy hidratálóval.

If my skin is really clean and there is no residual makeup I use the Marcelle BB Cleanser. You have to apply it to dry skin and massage it in well and wash your face off with damp cloth. I did not think it would work but even my husband noticed that my skin became better since I use it. And the best part that it is good as a hydrating cream so I can skip a step.
In my eyes I use The Body Shop Nutriganics Smoothing Eye Cream. I have a quite neutral opinion about it, it isn't not the best cream but fit for purpose and 99% natural ingredients making it perfect cream for the pregnancy until I can't use more effective eye cream.
And a few times a week I finish my nighttime routine with Lush Mint Tulips Lip Scrub that I wrote about before here. Be careful don't reach for it with wet hands because the sugar will stick together and it will be useless, but when use it properly it's enough for a long time.
I have combination skin but I think this routine is good for all skin types maybe for dry skin I would add a moisturizer.

September empties

Itt is van a szeptemberben elfogyott termékek listája. Most tényleg ráálltam, hogy kicsit kiürítsem a polcokat, főleg a felhalmozott mintákat szeretném megtizedelni és szerintem egész jól haladok.

Here is a list of the products I used up in September. Now I'm really focusing on to empty out my shelves especially the big pile of samples that I have from different boxes and I think I'm doing quite good.
